Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead HR and Administration functions across all business units of the Group.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Bangladesh Labour Law.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen culture, transparency, and accountability.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment

  • Conduct manpower analysis for new projects and expansions.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure timely staffing.
  • Establish KPIs and performance management systems for continuous improvement.

Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with all departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise administrative functions including payroll, employee relations, and office management.
  • Ensure effective conflict management and resolution across teams.

Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business growth.
  • Provide HR insights for new ventures, mergers, and project feasibility studies.
  • Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.

Leadership & Governance

  • Represent HRD & Administration in board-level discussions and decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide HR teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Safeguard organizational reputation through professional HR practices and stakeholder engagement.
