Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead HR and Administration functions across all business units of the Group.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Bangladesh Labour Law.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen culture, transparency, and accountability.
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Conduct manpower analysis for new projects and expansions.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure timely staffing.
- Establish KPIs and performance management systems for continuous improvement.
Administration & Coordination
- Coordinate with all departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise administrative functions including payroll, employee relations, and office management.
- Ensure effective conflict management and resolution across teams.
Business Development Support
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business growth.
- Provide HR insights for new ventures, mergers, and project feasibility studies.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
Leadership & Governance
- Represent HRD & Administration in board-level discussions and decision-making.
- Mentor and guide HR teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Safeguard organizational reputation through professional HR practices and stakeholder engagement.
