Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transport Officer based in Dhaka. The Transport Officer will be responsible for managing the daily transportation operations, including coordinating logistics, overseeing shipping activities, and managing transportation schedules. The role also involves ensuring efficient procurement processes and delivering excellent customer service related to transportation activities.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and significant experience in customer relations
  • Logistics Management, managing and optimizing logistical operations
  • Experience in Shipping and overseeing shipping schedules and activities
  • Transportation management and coordinating transportation schedules
  • Procurement knowledge and processes for transportation needs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
