Job Description / Responsibility

The Executive, Admin, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. This role ensures the efficient management of office functions, supports internal departments, manages vendor relationships, and upholds company standards in administrative practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Management: Pick and Drop Support, Office Support
  • All kind of Vendor Management
  • Procurement and Purchases of all kind of office support activities
  • Bills processing
  • Liaison with Finance and Accounts Team for all kind of related issues
  • Endure timely payment of vendors
  • Managing Office Staffs (Peons)
  • Ensure Office Cleanliness
  • Conduct all kind of Repair and Regular Maintenance of Office System
  • Business Trips Abroad processing
  • Office Food Management
  • Office Security Management
  • Organizing Regular Office Events and sessions
  • Office Assets Management (Both IT and Non-IT)
  • Ensure Office Supplies and Stationery Inventory
  • Foreign Delegates Visit Management
  • Update Administrative Policy and Processes
  • Any other job assigned by Senior Authority and Management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
