Job Responsibilities

  • Providing efficient leadership for factory management.
  • Research and development for improvement of product quality & quantity.
  • Making yearly production plan and ensure monthly production.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery.
  • Monitor day-to-day operation and supervise all units of factory.
  • Responsibility of doing the feasibility study of new machinery.
  • Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
  • Ensuring proper safety of the persons, materials as well as for the factory.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine, and materials to improve production capacity.
  • Ensure regular training and development program for all levels of staff.
  • Ensure product delivery on time as per requirement.
  • Ensure all the machinery and transports are always in good condition.
  • Coordination and follow-up with Govt. authority (if needed).

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public university.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 15 years in factory operation.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 40 years.
  • At least 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years in a concrete block/tiles/ceramic-making factory.
  • Should have 15 years of experience in factory operations, especially in building products manufacturing.
  • Should have sufficient knowledge of machinery, particularly concrete block-making machinery.
  • Should have strong knowledge of transport and delivery management.
  • Expertise in product development.
  • Very dynamic and hard-working.
