Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Management
  • Initiate hiring process upon receiving requisition in alignment with budget, and prepare JD as required.
  • Circulate job advertisements and assess candidates suitability by conducting preliminary evaluation.
  • Assist in coordinating with headhunters and manage expat recruitment as per the established process.
  • Negotiate with M3 and above grade's candidates and prepare employment contracts, especially for expats.
  • Ensure recruitment process completion till onboarding.
  • Support in achieving monthly Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) targets.
  • Manage career pages, renew agreements and process bills accordingly.

Performance Management (QPMS)

  • Update new and separated profiles from Admin user.
  • Support in tagging KPIs with the designations in alignment with the HODs and Cluster Chiefs.
  • Assist in self evaluation and line managers' evaluation process ensuring proper rating scales are followed.
  • Collaboratively prepare departmental performance reports.

Organizational Development

  • Assist in the development and execution of departmental restructuring plans to optimize headcount in line with management objectives.
  • Support the strategic placement of talents through lateral and upward mobility opportunities.

HR Digitalization

  • Lead HRIS Project and ensure timely completion of each steps by the process owners.
  • Ensure all blueprints for HRIS implementation are mapped, focusing on automating processes across recruitment, employee databases, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Excellence team to implement and continuously improve the HR digitalization process.

HR Projects Reporting & Analytics

  • Execute the Young Professional (YP) project to build a dynamic leadership pipeline, ensuring thorough evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Support in developing and executing strategies and projects to enhance employer branding, attract top talent, and promote the company's career opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing ad-hoc HR projects.

Job Requirements:

  • BBA or MBA in Human Resource or any discipline
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant filed.
  • Experience in the manufacturing/apparel industry preferred (if relevant).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point presentation, MS Visio is required
