Position: Telesales Education Consultant, Dhaka

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Description:

As a Telesales consultant at Talent Care Education, you will be responsible for converting the leads and our courses to potential
British
students. Your role will involve:

• Engaging with prospective students to understand their educational needs and aspirations.
• Providing information about our program, admissions process, and other monetary benefits.
• Conducting consultations and presenting our offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Guiding students through the enrollment process and assisting with any queries or concerns.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the growth of our student community.
• Resolve service issues with your line manager to boost customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales or sales, preferably in recruitment or education.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Social media marketing tools (Meta, Instagram, and Email)
• Consultative Skills: Ability to deliver impact in consultations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent English communication and resilience.
• Education Requirement: ⁠Must be recently graduated and very fluent in English. Medium of study must be in English.
  We prefer those who did O levels and A levels in British Curriculum
  .
• Must have their own PC setup.

Working time:

Full Time: 10 am to 6 PM UK time. (GMT +1) Monday to Friday (Bangladesh Time 4 PM - 12 AM)

Part Time: 1 PM to 6 PM UK Time. (GMT +1) Monday to Friday (Bangladesh Time 7 PM - 12 AM)
