EWN Bangladesh Ltd. is a growing software development company working on exciting products and services across various industries. We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Intern to support our client outreach, onboarding, and engagement activities. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in customer-facing roles within a fast-paced tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns across multiple projects
  • Maintain CRM databases and track client communications
  • Help onboard new users, clients, or partners with timely follow-ups
  • Respond to inquiries and route technical questions to the appropriate teams
  • Prepare weekly engagement and performance reports

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Gmail, Airtable/Notion is a plus

Duration
: 4 Months (Internship)

Allowances
: BDT 6,000/month
