Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant, with a strong track record in flat and land selling projects.
  2. BBA and MBA in Marketing are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for:

* Identifying and securing new sales opportunities.

* Building and nurturing strong relationships with targeted clients.

* Driving sales of ongoing and ready apartments.

* Developing new customer relationships to consistently meet sales targets.

* Demonstrating a positive mindset and a proactive approach to achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

* Implementing strategic marketing plans to increase business opportunities through various market channels.

* Effectively communicating and negotiating with clients.

Additional Requirements:
