Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for ERP Implementers specializing in
ESimSol Integrated Financial ERP

for the manufacturing sector. The role involves end-to-end deployment of ERP solutions to optimize and streamline clients' financial and operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing and documenting client requirements.
  2. Configuring ESimSol ERP other operational modules to ensure automatic Financial Accounts effect.
  3. Conducting user training, workshops, and providing ongoing support.
  4. Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring smooth rollout.
  5. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, industry-specific solutions.

This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP implementation expertise, and the ability to align ESimSol ERP functionalities with complex business workflows in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

Proficiency in ERP software deployment, configuration, and customization with strong understanding of ERP software process.

Strong analytical skills in requirement gathering and business process analysis, with experience in customer training and support.

Familiarity with ERP UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting only.

Prior experience in ESimSol ERP implementation is highly beneficial.
