Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for ERP Implementers specializing in the Textile & Apparel Industry, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The ERP Implementer will be responsible for deploying ERP software solutions to streamline clients' business processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, configuring software, providing training and support, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful implementation. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in ERP software deployment, configuration, and customization with strong understanding of textile and apparel industry processes.
  2. Strong analytical skills in requirement gathering and business process analysis, with experience in customer training and support.
  3. Familiarity with ERP UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  4. Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
  5. Prior experience in ESimSol ERP implementation is highly beneficial.
