Area Manager/Territory Manager, ACI Basic Fertilizer (NPKS

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop plan for penetration of products in the market.
  • Assist in selecting the dealers and distributors.
  • Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities.
  • Achieve sales target and objective of the territory/ area as per budget.
  • Manage customers efficiently and effectively to get maximum output for sales.
  • Support the marketing team in marketing activities.
  • Conduct regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
  • Collect industry information on regular basis and send time to time information to the Marketing Department.
  • Build strong network in the segment of Traders and end users.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Masters
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Dealer Management, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
