Sales Supervisor/Area Sales Manager (Foods)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • To manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target, formulating incentive for Field Force, Expense monitoring, setting tour program.
  • Formulating agenda of monthly sales meeting for the SR, Area meeting; evaluation of Field Forces performance.
  • To plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
  • Planning, developing & implementing sales operation in the organization.
  • Implementation and evaluation of product launching and promotional activities.
  • To collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provides strategic guideline for upgrading weak market to get better performance.
  • To keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job and providing effective training to all level of team members in that area.
  • To develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level. To ensure efficient and effective credit management to get maximum output for the business.
