Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Dhaka. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with distributors and retailers, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves ensuring efficient distribution within the assigned territory, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and providing training and support to sales teams. The Territory Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, market analysis, and developing effective sales strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively, with experience in providing training and support
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and local market trends in the construction materials industry
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to achieving sales targets and ensuring efficient operational processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the cement or construction materials industry is a plus
