Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Dhaka. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within the assigned region, build and maintain customer relationships, and actively seek new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, meeting sales targets, conducting training sessions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The manager will also be responsible for creating strategies to drive sales growth and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven experience in body shop material sales, automotive paint sales, or paint related product sales is mandatory. ( This includes selling to workshops, paint shops, or automotive repair centers.)
  • 1-3 Years experience in automotive or product sales.
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor teams
  • Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
