Position: Senior Student Counselor – Australia :

Job Context :

We seek individuals who possess excellent English communication skills, strong writing ability, and solid computer proficiency. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Australian education pathways, visa regulations, and university application processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide accurate counseling and guidance to students regarding study options, institutions, and career pathways
    in Australia
  • Assess and prepare university applications, including reviewing SoPs, financial documents, and supporting papers for admission and visa success
  • Process applications and maintain communication with university admission offices in Australia
  • Coordinate with the Visa, Compliance, and Admissions departments to ensure smooth file progression
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails to convert potential leads into enrolled students
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Conduct research on Australian universities, courses, and industry trends

Educational & Professional Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Professional certifications preferred:
    EATC (Australia)
    , UK Agent and Counsellor Training, WEAC, CCEA, USATC (added advantage)
  • Strong command over English; IELTS 7.0+ or O/A Level background is an added advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and MS Office skills

Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 3–5 years
    of experience in the international education industry
  • Proven track record in
    Australian student admissions, counseling, file processing, and visa submission
  • Experience working with education consultancy firms is mandatory

Additional Requirements :

  • Both males and females may apply
  • Must be professional, organized, polite, punctual, and target-driven
  • Must be eager to learn and able to work effectively in a team
  • Candidates living near
    Dhanmondi or Banani
    are preferred
