MHR Education guides students to world-class universities in China, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, and Europe. We are an authorized TOEFL training and test venue, and an official IELTS & PTE registration centre.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Student Counselor with strong communication and sales skills to guide students and drive admissions. The role focuses on effective counseling, lead conversion, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students for higher education abroad (China, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe)
  • Manage applications, scholarships, and visa processes
  • Conduct in-person and online counseling sessions
  • Represent MHR at education fairs and school visits
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
  • Achieve personal and team targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in study abroad counseling
  • Strong English and Bangla communication skills
  • Proven ability to convert leads into admissions
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
  • Bachelor's/Master's in education, marketing, or related field
