Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Dhaka. The Student Counselor will provide guidance and support to students, including assisting with academic and career counseling, and addressing their personal and educational concerns. The role will also involve conducting one-on-one sessions with students, providing resources for educational program options, and maintaining effective communication with students and other stakeholders to ensure a positive counseling experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Familiarity with the Education sector and its trends
  • Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Prior experience in student or academic counseling will be considered a strong advantage
