Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counselor (UK & Australia) based in Dhaka. The Senior Counselor will guide students through the application and visa processes for studying in the UK and Australia. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, preparing application materials, staying updated on university requirements, and assisting with visa documentation. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and ensuring student satisfaction through proactive support.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Counseling, Guidance, and Student Advising
  • Strong understanding of UK and Australian educational systems and visa processes
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or application management systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or related field
  • Experience in the education or immigration consultancy sector is advantageous
