Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor based in Dhaka. The Student Counselor will provide guidance and support to students regarding educational options and career paths. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing students' interests and abilities, assisting in career decision-making, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Knowledge or experience in Education processes or systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively with students and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
