Senior Student Counselor

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments of students' backgrounds and provide expert advice on study options abroad.
  • Manage university admission processes (Australia) and ensure smooth visa submissions.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to secure prompt application outcomes.
  • Assist students in preparing essential documents, including academics, SOPs, and other processing papers.
  • Prepare, review, and lodge university and visa applications accurately.
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries via email and phone.
  • Participate in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars.
  • Engage with students for career counseling, lead generation, and business development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and error-free promotional content.
  • Identify challenges and take proactive steps to ensure seamless file processing.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Student Counselor Certification is an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Immigration & Student Visa Consultancy.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Updated knowledge of university programs, entry requirements, and scholarships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage files and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of industry policies, regulations, and emerging trends.
  • A good IELTS score is an added advantage.
