Job Description
  • Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and entries

     
  • Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation processes

     
  • Work with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) to track and organize transactions

     
  • Help prepare compliance documents and internal reports

     
  • Analyze financial data in spreadsheets and provide meaningful insights

     
  • Collaborate with other departments for budget tracking and resource planning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

     
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic accounting software

     
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

     
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude

     
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and compliance concepts

     
  • Bonus: Experience with ERP tools, especially Odoo
