• Conduct general outpatient and inpatient consultations, examinations, and medical evaluations.


• Outdoor patient's management of wound care centers. (Both inside & outside Dhaka when necessary)


• Provide emergency medical support and life-saving interventions when required.


• Taking patients' histories, using specialized Medication & equipment to determine the wound type, and determining the best mode of treatment. (Training will be provided)


• Develop, review, and implement treatment protocols and clinical guidelines in collaboration with senior physicians.


• Monitoring patients' healing processes and making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.


• Ensure the highest standards of wound care services are being delivered.


• Treating Acute and chronic injuries, wound, diabetic wound and neuropathic pain.


• An adequate assessment of the patient's condition, based on the history and physical examination.


• Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment management plan.


• Ensuring compliance of health care regulations and safety standards.


• Supervising and assigning duties to nurses and other medical staff, and referring patients to other specialists for further treatment or recovery plans.


• Enhancing abilities and remaining up to date through attending medical conferences and courses.


• Monitoring to ensure consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.


• Supports subordinates, and taking responsibility for delegated assignments.


• Advising, ordering, performing and interpreting tests.


• Attaining camp conducted by the management.


• Other administrative job assigned by the authority.


• Active participation in research work.

Educational Requirements


• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)


• Having post-graduation training on surgery / On surgical sub specialities.


• Candidate having Part-1/Phase-A in FCPS/MRCS & MS in Surgery will get preference.

Experience Requirements


• At least 3 year(s) in wound care management or emergency


• Experienced on Diabetic foot care/ surgery will get priority.

Additional Requirements


• Both males and females are allowed to apply


• 3 to 5 years (s) in relevant department with supervising experience.


• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: diabetic care, wound care, emergency


• Able to manage the nursing staff of the Organization.


• Responsible for taking up work, multi-dimensionally.


• Advanced knowledge of medical ethics and risk management experience.


• Extensive knowledge of medical recordkeeping practice.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, complaint management, and leadership skills.


• Valid BMDC Registration Number.


• Capable of operating EHR system.
