Fortunex Limited is looking for a potential candidate for "
Manager (Accounts & Finance)
", should have the initiative, drive, and self-motivation to take the challenge to deliver high-quality results on set KPI.
Role Description
- Providing and interpreting financial information.
- Monitoring and forecasting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. Auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the inland revenue.
- Communicate with different clients and suppliers.
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Liaise with banks
for payment-related and other monetary requirements. - Managing different budgets and ensuring proper compliance.
- Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities.
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Any other task assigned by the Head of the department or Management.
Experience Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying - At least 2-3 years' experience in managerial role.
- Bachelor/Masters or BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance from reputed University.
- Professional certification CA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
Required Skills, Competencies & Knowledge:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data, metrics, and trends.
- Capacity to think strategically and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
