Manager - Finance & Accounts
Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead the Finance & Accounts Department to ensure strong, ethical financial management.
- Work closely with senior management and report directly to the Chairman/Managing Director.
- Oversee accounting, costing, planning, investment, VAT, taxation, and treasury functions.
- Arrange credit facilities and ensure full compliance with credit terms.
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely reporting to management and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and supervise annual audit plans and financial reporting processes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of relevant financial laws and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
- Manage cash flow and financial risks (Credit Risk, ALM Risk, ICC & ICT Risk).
- Support long-term financial strategy and strengthen internal controls.
- Provide required documents for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost Accounting
- Skills Required: Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Accounts and Finance, Compliance Management, VAT and Tax, Cost Management, Budget Management
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
