Job Overview:

NWC Education is looking for a Senior Education Counsellor specializing in Australian higher education to guide students through the admission and visa processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Australian universities, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements, ensuring students receive professional and accurate guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on Australian universities, courses, tuition fees, and scholarships.
  • Assist students in selecting the right programs based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.
  • Assist students in completing university applications, SOPs, LORs, and other required documents.
  • Ensure applications meet university admission requirements and deadlines.
  • Guide students through the Subclass 500 student visa process, document preparation, and interview coaching.
  • Stay updated on Australian visa regulations and policy changes.
  • Liaise with Australian university representatives and admission offices to facilitate smooth application processing.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
  • Contribute to achieving student enrolment targets.
  • Participate in promotional events, university fairs, and seminars.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Australian student counselling.

Education: Bachelor's degree

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Australian university admissions and visa procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
