About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Counsellor / Senior Counsellor
specializing in Australia, UK, and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in student counselling, application processing, and visa lodgement, with a proven record of success. This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide students towards informed academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and personalized counselling to students for higher education opportunities in
    Australia, UK, and Malaysia
  • Manage the entire process from counselling, university/course selection, documentation, application submission to visa lodgement
  • Maintain a
    proven visa success rate
    with attention to detail and compliance
  • Handle student queries professionally and promptly via email, phone, and in person
  • Maintain strong relationships with universities, partners, and relevant stakeholders
  • Use CRM tools and be familiar with
    AI tools
    to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain proper documentation, follow up with students, and ensure smooth progression of applications
  • Work collaboratively with the admissions, marketing, and compliance teams
  • Meet individual and team targets as set by management
  • Represent the company professionally at events, seminars, and presentations when required.
