Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counsellor on Australia Destination based in Dhanmondi & Gulshan, Bangladesh. The Counsellor is responsible for providing guidance to prospective students regarding their education and career pathways. This includes helping students select appropriate courses, assisting with the admission and visa application processes, and offering ongoing support throughout their study journey. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with students, their families, and partner educational institutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide students and build client relationships.
  • Knowledge in education counselling for Australia Destination, admissions processes, and visa facilitation services.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple client cases and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Adaptability and proficiency with digital tools and technology to support virtual resources and platforms.
  • Previous experience in the education or counselling sector is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, counselling, or a related field is required.
