Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for the position of Senior Counsellor - Multi Destination (UK). The Senior Counsellor will guide students through their journey to studying abroad in the UK, including counseling them on academic pathways, program options, and visa processes. The role involves conducting student evaluations, providing informed recommendations, assisting with application documentation, and ensuring that students receive end-to-end support throughout the application process.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of UK education systems, university programs, and admission criteria
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in guiding students through application processes, including program selection and visa guidance
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in counseling, problem-solving, and providing tailored guidance based on individual needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work with students from diverse backgrounds and manage consultations effectively
