About the Role:

We are seeking a
dynamic and result-driven Counsellor / Senior Counsellor
with proven experience in the
EdTech and international education industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of study destinations such as
Australia, the UK, Canada, Malaysia, China, and South Korea
, and a successful record of helping students achieve their study abroad goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and guide students interested in higher education abroad.
  • Provide accurate and updated information about universities, courses, scholarships, entry requirements, and visa processes across key destinations.
  • Conduct student assessments and recommend suitable study options.
  • Handle leads efficiently — from inquiry to conversion — and meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional partnerships, admissions timelines, and program details.
  • Participate in student recruitment events, education fairs, and social media engagement campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions to ensure smooth application and visa processing.
  • Maintain counselling records, generate reports, and contribute to team strategies for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (e.g., NSU, BRAC, IUB, AIUB, or similar).
  • Experience:
    1-3 years of professional experience in student counselling, EdTech, or international admissions.
  • Language Skills:
    Excellent proficiency in
    English and Bangla (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and
    well-groomed
    with a professional attitude.
  • Proven
    sales ability
    and target-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of multitasking and working effectively
    under pressure.
  • Team-oriented yet confident in working
    independently.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have
    studied abroad.
