Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Customer Relationship Manager based in Dhaka. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, closing deals, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. The Sales and Customer Relationship Manager will also analyze market trends and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and Communication
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies and meet targets
  • Understanding of financial principles and experience working with budgets and revenue forecasting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client trust
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the technology or software solutions industry is a plus
