Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive
who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is all about building trust, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a smooth journey from inquiry to service delivery. You will handle phone calls, WhatsApp and social media communication, manage client queries, ensure a welcoming in-office experience, keep the customer data safe & secured.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
- Answer inbound phone calls, WhatsApp chats/calls, and respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to follow up on queries, bookings, and feedback.
- Respond promptly to website chat inquiries, email queries, and social media messages.
- Maintain a polite, warm, and solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction.
Customer Relationship Management
- Record and track customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and escalate to management when required.
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing consistent and reliable service.
Front Desk & In-Office Duties
- Welcome visitors and clients warmly, guide them through our products & services, and ensure they are comfortable.
- Provide detailed information about Hajj & Umrah packages, travel options, and related services.
- Be updated with the service of operations on a weekly basis & learn how the system works.
- Schedule and manage client meetings with top management.
Digital Communication Management
- Monitor and manage website product/service orders and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Respond to queries across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information shared across all communication channels.
Administrative Support
- Maintain an inventory of gift items, brochures, and office materials, ensuring they are updated and well-stocked.
- Keep client records, communication logs, and order details organized and up to date.
- Assist in preparing customer reports and insights for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- No fancy degree required;
Prior experience in
customer service, call center, travel agency, or hospitality
will be an advantage.Skills & Qualities
- Excellent communication skills (Bangla required; English is a Plus).
- Confident in phone conversation and professional in online/offline communication.
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability with patience and empathy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks (calls, chats, in-person clients) efficiently.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, and basic computer operations (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects & work in flexible hours.
