Job Context:

The Trainee District Manager will oversee the overall performance of our retail operations in the assigned territory, ensure that sales targets are met, and provide effective leadership to Branch Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to Branch Managers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources, training, and support to achieve their targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor sales performance at the territory level, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are adhered to, including credit management, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Supervise and take short and long-term measures to keep receivables at the desired level.
  • Analyze and solve the territory's operational and administrative issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, after-sales service, supply chain, credit and human resources, to support the overall growth and success of our company

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Territory Marketing, Sales Management and Distribution

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive performance improvements.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
