We provide services that include international student placement, visa processing, and organizing Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).

Role Description

The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Uttara branch, ensuring smooth delivery of counselling services, managing a team of counsellors, and maintaining service quality in line with Studynet's standards. The role requires leadership, mentoring, and operational management to achieve branch and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of counsellors and support staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, set performance targets, and track progress.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Ensure professional and customer-focused service delivery.

Counselling & Client Service

  • Oversee student counselling sessions, ensuring accurate guidance on study destinations, application processes, financial requirements, and documentation.
  • Support counsellors in complex cases and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor student satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily branch operations and workflow.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of applications and related documents.
  • Coordinate with Head Office and other branches for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Business Development & Targets

  • Assist in achieving branch enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.
  • Support in promotional activities, events, and workshops.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, partner universities, and visa regulations.
  • Monitor quality of counselling and adherence to ethical practices.
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Education, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in student counselling/education consultancy, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, particularly Australia,
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
