Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead with extensive experience in implementing local SEO tactics. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations (Mostly Local SEO tasks), guide team members in achieving project goals, and ensure the timely completion of tasks within deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, developing project plans, managing team performance, and providing actionable feedback. The Team Lead will also focus on optimizing processes and mentoring team members for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Team leadership and management skills
  • Experience in Local SEO and Google Ads management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience in the marketing industry is a plus

Salary Range

  • BDT
  • 6 days a week ( friday off )
  • Working hours: Based on discussion
