Job Title:
Team Lead – UK, Canada, and Europe

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of counsellors to achieve individual and team enrolment targets.
  • Hold individual targets and be accountable for team targets; drive and support the team to achieve these goals.
  • Conduct student counselling sessions for higher education opportunities in the UK, Canada, and Europe.
  • Oversee the complete application process and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and ongoing support.
  • Prepare and share performance and progress reports with management on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with universities, recruitment partners, and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of admission requirements, visa procedures, and market trends.
  • Ensure professional and ethical counselling is aligned with company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Counsellor and at least 2 years as a Team Leader in the UK education market.
  • Proven track record of successful student enrolments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of study-abroad application and visa processes for the UK, Canada, and Europe.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an educational consultancy or international recruitment is mandatory.
