This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Compliance Officer, located in Dhaka. The HR Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals. Daily tasks include overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing HR records, conducting audits, and developing job descriptions. The role also involves managing employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience with Employee Relations and handling employee grievances
  • Skills in Job Description Development and updating HR records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**
