Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in educational technology, financial services, or enterprise platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Empathy for user needs and behaviors
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and design quality
  • Adaptability and openness to feedback
  • Familiarity with educational platforms or learning management systems is a plus
  • Understanding of cloud-native platforms and modular architectures

Responsibilities

As a UX Designer
, you will design intuitive and user-centric experiences across our online learning and academy platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers to create seamless workflows and interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and learner satisfaction. This role requires strong design thinking, user research capabilities, and experience in educational or enterprise platforms.

  • Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for learning modules and platform interfaces
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategy with business goals
  • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to the development of a cohesive design system
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences
  • Support Agile teams with design assets and feedback during development cycles
  • Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices in educational technology and design
