Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 
Business Development Executive
 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Monoputo's IT services and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Generate leads through various channels including email campaigns, social media, networking, and cold calling
  • Understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions that align with their business goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demos
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align client needs with available services
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and referrals
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote Monoputo's brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT or software industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue
  • Understanding of IT solutions, software development, and digital services is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Bengali, both spoken and written
