Executive/Sr. Executive (Software Development)

Job Context

A well reputed Company in Bangladesh, having unique corporate & congenial working environment is looking for ambitious, confident, highly motivated and energized individuals for the appointment in the above Post.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software applications, scripts, and system integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance, functionality, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality.
  • Support database development, including queries, procedures, and optimization.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
  • Ensure security, data protection, and compliance in all developed solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users when required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience as a software/IT developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, PHP, or .NET.
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, Angular, React, Django, ASP.NET).
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI or GCP).
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle)
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices and IT governance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
