Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role located in Dhaka. The Counselor will work closely with students to understand their goals and provide tailored advice regarding study abroad opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, guiding students on course and university selection, assisting with application and visa processes, and providing ongoing support throughout their journey. The Counselor will also liaise with prospective students, universities, and other stakeholders to streamline the application process.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to build meaningful relationships with diverse students
  • Proficiency in student guidance for university and course selection, as well as visa application processes
  • Research skills to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on university programs and admission requirements
  • Administrative and organizational skills for handling student applications and maintaining records
  • Multitasking ability and attention to detail to manage deadlines and support multiple students simultaneously
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Education, or Psychology
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment
