Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Dhaka. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on educational opportunities and career paths, advising on course options, and assisting with application processes. Other responsibilities include conducting personalized counseling sessions, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining regular communication with students and their families. The role also involves staying updated on various educational programs and requirements globally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively on academic and career decisions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students and their families professionally and empathetically.
  • Familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of global academic institutions and programs, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.
  • Fluency in English and Bengali is a must.
