Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Counselor will guide and assist students in their journey towards studying abroad by providing expert advice, counseling sessions, and support. Responsibilities also include assessing student eligibility, processing applications, and maintaining communication with clients and education providers. The role requires effective communication with students, parents, and institutions to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, supportive, and counseling skills to assist students in achieving their goals
  • Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with solid presentation and influencing abilities
  • Organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of or experience in the international education sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software to manage applications and student inquiries effectively
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and institutions while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
