Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated
Customer Communication Executive
to join our education consultancy team. This role involves guiding prospective students, supporting admissions processes, and collaborating with our marketing team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in counselling students, and an interest in marketing and student support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and clients in person and over the phone.
  • Guide and motivate leads throughout the admission process.
  • Collect, manage, and maintain lead and student data on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Contribute to monthly and yearly marketing strategy development.
  • Participate in team meetings to suggest improvements.
  • Support social media marketing initiatives and content planning.
  • Represent the organization in video presentations when required.
  • Maintain regular communication with enrolled students and team leaders.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on progress and targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in communication, customer service, or education consultancy (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable with social media marketing and video-based presentations.
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
