■ Job Description:

We're looking for a
Data Analyst Intern
who can translate numbers into meaningful insights that shape our next collection drops. From analyzing sales patterns and fabric trends to evaluating ad performance and customer behavior, you'll play a vital role in helping the management decide which caps to create next.

If you enjoy mixing data with creativity and want to see your insights directly influence real products, this role is for you.

■ Key Responsibilities:


• Analyze product data to identify trends in fabrics, designs, and performance metrics.


• Evaluate sales data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.


• Assess ad performance metrics, including content types, formats, and engagement rates.


• Conduct return/cancellation analysis to identify issues and suggest solutions.


• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure effective data utilization.


• Support the management in planning season-based cap lineups using data-backed insights.

■ Who We're Looking For:


• Students or recent graduates in Statistics, Business Analytics, Fashion Design or related fields.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Bonus: Power BI, SQL, or Python).


• Curiosity for consumer behavior and product trends.


• Ability to turn raw numbers into understandable stories.


• Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
