The company specializes in a wide range of apparel products, including bottoms, dresses, blouses, tops, outerwear, sleepwear, underwear, and workwear, all produced in ethical and sustainable factories. The Group operates through several subsidiaries, including Experience Design Limited (AMIRÁ), Harry Fashion Limited, Experience Clothing Company Limited, Experience Accessories Company Limited, and Experience Textile Limited, among others. With a strong commitment to sustainability, quality, and innovation, Experience Group has established itself as a trusted name in the global apparel industry.

Experience Group is expanding its global footprint and we are hiring a highly experienced, globally connected Business Development Manager to bring in new international apparel buyers for our garments units (knit, woven, denim, outerwear).

This is a senior, high-impact role. We are only considering candidates with proven relationships in the EU/UK/US markets and a track record of generating multi-million-dollar RMG business.

What you will do?

  • Acquire 
    new global clients
     for Experience Clothing Company Ltd. and Harry Fashion Ltd.
  • Leverage your network with sourcing heads, directors, and VPs to open doors.
  • Pitch our vertical capabilities: garments, washing, textile mill, accessories.
  • Drive sampling programs, costing, and order conversion.
  • Negotiate CM/FOB, capacity, and annual business plans.
  • Deliver 
    $10–15M+ in new orders annually
    .

Who we are looking for?

  • 15+ years
     in senior merchandising / global BD roles.
  • Strong, 
    active relationships
     with European, UK or US brands.
  • Proven success onboarding new buyers into Bangladesh.
  • Deep technical understanding of garments manufacturing.
  • A closer someone who brings business, not just meetings.
