Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Analyst located in Banani. The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing data, and preparing reports. The role also involves developing strategies to improve business performance, coordinating with internal teams, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct market research, and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and report preparation
  • Proficiency in business development strategies and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in software tools relevant to data management and analysis
  • Knowledge of financial, banking, and real estate industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
