Accounting Analyst (Night Shift) – Apex DMIT

This is NOT your typical accounting job Join a dynamic role where accounting meets AI integration, business strategy, process automation, and real-world U.S. finance operations.

Location: On-site Banani

Night Shift (Mon–Fri) | 2 Days Weekend

Male: 6 PM – 3 AM | Female: 9 PM – 6 AM

Salary: BDT

Requirements:

BBA/MBA or relevant degree (CGPA 3.0+)

0–2 years' experience (Property Preservation preferred)

Strong communication & organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) with accuracy and speed

  • Prepare and maintain invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial reports

  • Assist with monthly/quarterly closings and financial statement updates

  • Ensure invoice accuracy, follow SOPs, and process payments

  • Communicate with USA vendors/clients via email & Call

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively, Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving ideas

  • Analyze financial data to support risk mitigation and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Basic understanding of GAAP/accounting principles

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, Advanced functions preferred)

  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving & time management

  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)

  • Ethical, responsible, and a team player
