Moar Space Limited ) is a premium coworking space in Bangladesh. With strategic locations in key commercial areas, including Banani, Gulshan, and Dhanmondi, we offer a dynamic ecosystem for businesses of all shapes and sizes to thrive.

This position requires a proactive and experienced Service Management & Hospitality Executive to ensure a seamless, productive, and consistently welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests across all our branches in Gulshan, Dhanmondi, and Banani. This pivotal role will be responsible for maintaining high hospitality standards, ensuring optimal hygiene, ambiance, and comfort across all Moar locations. You will be instrumental in training staff, conducting rigorous service quality checks, and implementing innovative hospitality solutions to elevate the Moar experience consistently across our network of offices.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

  • Oversee and ensure consistently high hospitality standards are maintained across all Moar branches in Gulshan, Dhanmondi, Banani and in expected new locations throughout the country.

  • Regularly visit each location to assess service quality, ambiance, and member satisfaction.

𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬):

  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for members and guests at each Moar location.

  • Proactively address member needs, inquiries, and concerns across all branches, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:

  • Develop and implement service quality standards and protocols for all member-facing interactions and operational aspects across all branches.

  • Conduct regular service quality checks and audits at each location to ensure adherence to established standards.

  • Identify training needs and develop and deliver hospitality and service excellence training programs for staff across all branches.

𝐇𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞, 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬):

  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all Moar locations.

  • Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams at each branch to ensure optimal conditions.

𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 & 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Develop and implement standardized operational procedures related to hospitality across all branches.

  • Manage the reception areas across all locations, ensuring consistent standards for guest greetings, mail handling, and access control.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a multi-site hospitality or service management role, preferably within the hospitality, coworking, or related industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain consistent service standards across multiple locations.

  • Excellent leadership, training, and coaching skills.

  • Experience in developing and implementing service quality standards and training programs.

  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and potentially booking or CRM systems.

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Salary Starts at 𝗕𝗗𝗧 𝟐𝟎,𝟬𝟬𝟬 during the probation period, increasing to 𝗕𝗗𝗧 𝟮𝟒,𝟬𝟬𝟬 based on performance upon becoming permanent. (Negotiations are open for candidates with significant experience)
