Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandise Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for managing inventory levels, overseeing product assortment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales trends, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and developing strategies to optimize merchandise offerings. The individual will also work closely with the sales team to meet revenue targets and maintain optimal store performance.

  • Proficiency in Assortment and merchandise planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus
