We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Compliance Coordinator
to join our team at
Dilligence Digital Ltd.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that both our field staff and service recipients (clients) remain aligned with internal standards, operational guidelines, and service-level expectations.

Although this is primarily a compliance-focused role within the HR structure, it includes cross-functional coordination involving both caregivers and clients in a home care service context. Your work will play a critical role in supporting quality assurance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and verify the attendance, shift schedules, and service adherence of field staff.
  • Ensure timely clock-in/out, task fulfillment, and compliance with company and client guidelines.
  • Communicate with field staff and/or client coordinators to resolve any service-related issues or irregularities.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance data, service delivery, and internal reporting documentation.
  • Conduct follow-ups on missing or inconsistent records and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Collaborate with both HR and operational teams to continuously refine compliance workflows.
  • Assist in tracking caregiver credential updates, client service documentation, and case-specific protocols.
  • Generate regular reports for internal management and client-side stakeholders, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
  • Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic cloud-based tools.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)
  • Working hours may vary slightly based on operational needs, including Daylight Saving Time adjustments in US-based operations.

    BDT 25,000 to BDT 35,000 per month
